What to do in case of H1B denial without notice?

My wife is on H1B and got a new offer in Aug 2012. and started working in sept 2012. Her H1B transfer was denied all of a sudden. She has worked for this employer for 10 months with income. What shall I do in this case?

The only option is to talk to the company's immigration attorney or hire a private consultant for this who may give you the correct way out.
