i am a H4 visa holder residing in india while my husband is already in US on H1B. i am planning to apply for H1b this year, i want to know whether applying for a H4 to H1 conversion from US is better tahn applying for H1 from india. also i need to know if i file H1 from either of these places , will i be able to travel with my H4 visa, will it affect my H1B
