Question on previlege wages while on H1b

I am on h1b and I recently separated from my employer.My question is the employer bound to pay agreed salary as per the agreement or if there is loss to the company then he only has to pay the bare minimum prevailing wage

mployer should pay you what it agreed to pay you and what it reported to the government it would be paying you so you would qualify as an HB1 employee.
