Trying to change address, question on amendment

Are there any legal complications if i go to Mexico for visa stamping?
Is h1b ammendment needed if i work for same client but moved to a different location?

Answer 1

1. If you're not Mexican ... it is not a good idea to go there for initial stamping.

2. Talk to the company's immigration attorney, who presumably did the papers ... do not talk to non-attorneys in HR.
