Applied for h1b for first time got approved last month(not yet stamped).(now im in india) my attorney got the package physically. He said that the embassy people approved only for 1 year. After one year ,have to go for visa extension. My employer will do this. If the visa extension is rejected. What are my options. shall i try it one more or should i come back to indla?please let me knoww.
