Unused h1b revoked by employer. H1b apporved and not stamped, eligible for CAP exempt?

Employer revoked an unused H1B i.e. H1B was approved but never stamped from India. I never entered the US on this H1B visa. Am I cap exempted?

If you were the beneficiary of an H-1B petition which was approved on your behalf in the last six years then you may not be subject to the H-1B cap.
