Will i be able to transfer h1b after start date without payslips?

I am currently on h4 and have my h1b already got approved.

Will i be able to transfer visa to another employer and start working with them?

Or can I apply for visa transfer without pay stubs?

What would happen if visa gets rejected?

Yes, you should be able to do it. If the transfer is denied, your prior H1b will still be valid
