Will i be able to switch to another employer who filed my h1b transfer petition when current petition is pending?

Question

I changed from one company to another and 2nd company filed my h1b transfer from the 1st approval of h1b.

Company2's h1b case is still pending. I started working with my recipet with company2.

 

At the same time I got company3 who is ready to hire me. Will company3 be able to transfer h1b on company1

or should i check with company2?
