Is it ok if I go to India to get my visa stamped in december 2015?

I work on L1b visa and currently residing in USA. My visa is valid through May 2015. and my i94 is valid till 2016.

I got h1b approved recently. I am not planning to go back this year. if I go next year for stamping, will that be ok?

Depends on facts not in your posting. Talk to the attorney your employer used to file the H-1B
