Will I be able to get a sales manager/technical manager job thorugh H1b ?

Question

 I started my career with Pharmaceutical Machine sales for a year and then Material Handling Equipment Sale for 4 years which is called technical product sale.

For last 5 years, I have been working in a plywood manufacturing company as Regional Sales Manager which is not Technical sales.

I also have undergone a satellite program " Executive Program in Business Management" through Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta which is one of the bets Management institute in India. 

Will  I be able to get a managerial position on H1b visa/
