Will i be able to apply for h1b with an associate degree in nursing?

I am on my OPT as an f1 student. I am planning to get my specialty license some time next year for ICU but I only have associate's degree in nursing. Can my current employer sponsor me for H1b?

H1_b visa requires a bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience.
