Will students under CPT be eligible for CAP GAP if h1b is approved?

Question

My opt is about to expire in December 2013. 

I am planning for school in this Spring. Will I be eligible for CAP GAP on my CPT from spring?

My h1b is already approved. 

I was planning to continue school in summerand work on CPT or use my GAP CAP on H1b?

This will help me discontinue school and continue working. Please help!
