Hello, I am on my first H1B and it is valid till Oct 2015. I am a FTE working for a reputed organization. I visited India 5 months earlier and met with an unexpected accident. I am permitted to work from home and I am on it. My question will be - Will it be a trouble if I come back to USA crossing 6 months of my stay in India.
