How to reactivate h1b and transfer to new company

My h1b visa was used for 4 months when i am working in india now. Can I activate it to transfer to another company?
Also, my employer holds h1b visa and is ready to activate provided i come to USA on f1.

No, you cant activate. Your company is misguiding you.
