Concurrent H1b

Question

I work on h1b for X and my petition is valid till Aug 14 and I have I-94 valid till October 2013. Company X allows work from home.
Consultancy Y has asked me to work part time and are ready to apply for part time H1b visa.

1. Is it legal to work part time as well as full time on 2 different h1b
2. Will this create issues for GC processing
3. Can I get stamping done going out of the country?

Yes, off course you are eligible to hold a concurrent H1B from two different companies.
I don't see any issues with the GC process.
To be very honest and clear about the number of hours, salary etc. at the consulate
