Can Italian Bacheulo's degree be considered for h1b visa?

It is 3 year course in Italy and I can show immigration lawyer that this degree is sufficient to request an h1b visa? I have 2 years of expeirence.
The company has office all over the world and is based in Italy.

You may be able to equate for a 3 year college degree with a professional experience off course. But for h1b you would need a 4 year degree. so consult a lawyer for this purpose.
