Is it possible to transfer h1b from business analyst role to mechanical engineer?

I have both undergrad and masters degree in Mechanical Engineer and have valid h1b visa from an IT industry working as Business analyst. I would like to know if i get a job in mechanical engineering field, will it be possible to change (transfer h1b)?
Would there be any problems during the transfer process?
