Multiple h1b amendment ...not yet traveled

Hi
I got selected in H1b cap 2014 filled from Client X but after some time that Client is no more with my company . Now I filled amendment for Client Y and got my approval onOctober2015 . But again that client is no more . Question is if i again file amendment for new client Z .. Is there any problem or raise any concern at USCIS as I have not yet traveled on my H1b .... Please advise

The new regulations allow filing multiple Amendments, if your H1B is not amended, you get into trouble
