Applying H1b through lawyer.

My company is ready to apply for H1b but they don't have lawyer who does the immigration thing. They told me to search for lawyer and they are ready to pay the expenses. Is it a good deal or should i look for another job.

You can find an attorney as along your company is paying for your h1b
