My H1B visa is expiring in exactly a month. Is that wise to go for premium processing? Is that necessary?

Hi, my H1b is getting expired in a month. I have submitted my documents and LCA is in progress. Do I need to go for premium processing? Is that necessary? will it help me? or it is unnecessary?
