My student visa is on my maiden name & Passport on married name. Can I re-enter USA with the same visa?

Try direct traevl; their UK residence qualification is that you are a) registered with a GP and b) have a home in the UK. Check in case it has changed, but it worked for me while I was traevlling a lot.References :
