Got H1 approved. H1 period starts from oct 1st. Driving License expired. DMV doesn't know about cap gap even though cap gap i20 was provided to them. Asking for EAD card. All i have is expired EAD card(opt), I-797 from oct 1st and cap gap I20. DMV doesn't want to renew license till oct 1st. What are the options do i have?
