Hello, I am on my 4th year of H1B and my I-140 is already approved on 2011,My wife was on H4 visa and i converted her visa status from H4 to F1 and now my wife is doing her masters,Since this new H4 EAD rule is comeing to in play,can i change my wife visa status from F1 to H4.please suggest.
