My attorney says the petition has been moved to premium and I had paid the attorney, but in the USCIS site I dont see any reference for premium for my petion.
How do I know whether my H1B case is upgraded to premium processing online?
Do I need to trust my employer of I can verify that online using my receipt number.
Its been 18 calendar days and there has been no change to my petition status. Its in RFE response review.
Could some one help me out on this??
