H4 Visa Re-Stamp - My Visa Photo got Discolored or Vanished or not appearing properly

In my H4 visa, i am not able to view my picture clearly/properly. I am not sure whether it is discolored or i got stamping like that. Currently I am in USA, Could you please help me on this  where can i do re-stamp of my visa.  I have I94 validity another one year.

I've always toghuht that Geneva was one of the loveliest places on Earth. This poor woman, obviously, toghuht so as well. How much of our drinking water are we expected to sacrifice to fracking chemicals?
