H1B application during a ongoing Masters degree?

Hi,

I am doing my Masters(STEM), scheduled to graduate after summer (August 2014). I have got a job offer and my employer is ready to sponsor H1b as soon as it can. Can my H1B visa be filed, as i wont be having my degree or an EAD card on or before April 1, 2014?  If yes, then in which category will my application be filed, in advanced degree category or the general category?

Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear and screamed.
