I got h1b and processing my GC. WIll I be able to get visa stamped when I go back home?

My h1B extension for company1, but another company is processing my GC. I am planning to go home and need to get a visa stamp.
Will i have problems getting a visa stamp since the fact someone applied for my green card shows my intent to stay in United States?
