Regarding Change in H1B Employer

Question

Hi,

 

I am working in USA currently with Valid H1B with my Employer A, What if-

1. I get new Job and Employer B files new H1B for me and that is denied. Will my current H1B will still be valid with Employer A??

2. Is there any Impact of Job Role in Approval and Denial, for my Case Job role will change for employer B.
