EB2 and EB3 Priority Dates are released by the USCIS for August 2013. GREAT NEWS INDIA! EB2 Priority Dates moved Forward Significantly. The USCIS declared the EB2 priority dates moved forward almost by three and half years from 1st SEP 2004 to 1st JAN 2008 and the EB3 priority dates still remain the same as last month at 22nd January 2003.

The EB2 and EB3 priority dates for China haven’t gone any forward this month. This is expected with the large movement in the EB2 priority dates for India.
Employment Based Categories:
- EB1 refers to priority workers. Persons of extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, and athletics, outstanding professors and researchers and certain executives and managers.
- EB2 refers to professionals holding advanced degrees, or persons of exceptional ability in the arts, sciences, or business.
- EB3 refers to skilled workers and professionals holding baccalaureate degrees.
- EB4 refers to certain special immigrants. These include religious workers, certain overseas employees of the U.S. Government, former employees of the Panama Canal Company, retired employees of international organizations, certain dependents of international organization employees and certain members of the U.S. Armed Forces.
- EB5 refers to employment creation investors.

My GC is filed in EB3 , due to I have only 15 years education (Bcom., ) now I want to port it to EB2 by completing my online masters Degree ( from India)…. anyone can tell me is it possible .
Firstly, I think you should worry about learning to communicate in English properly and may be then you can worry about your ‘porting’.
